The Club is currently engaged in a year-long, $50,000 research project that involves a series of online panels and phone interviews of Decline-to-State (“non-partisan”) voters throughout San Diego County to better understand how to communicate with, and Demotivate, this rapidly-growing demographic to vote for Club-endorsed candidates and ballot measures in the 2010 election cycle.
